It is located in a quiet urbanization close to the beach with all amenities close by. Less than 2 minutes walk to two supermarkets a very cozy cafe and several restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

There is NO noise from traffic or new constructions!!

An oasis in Benalmadena occupied by elderly people mostly!!

In 2005 the apartment has been totally reformed:

- New floors, kitchen, bathroom, white goods, furnitures, doors, windows and it has been decorated like it was a real home - cosy and charming.
