The holiday home is situated along the seafront road of ‘Via Lungomare di Levante’; making it within easy walking distance of the shops, authentic restaurants and local bus links. Massa is spoilt for beaches and the closest is Bagno Comunale da Simone, 1 minute’ walk away.

Neighbouring Massa, is Versilia and Forte dei Marmi, where guests can find the Versilia beach club, the Sunset Cinquale beach and Forte dei Marmi public beach (all within a 13-minute stroll of the holiday home).

Local attractions include Ponte del Principe and Villa la Versilia, designer shopping and golf in Forte dei Marmi (7 minutes’ drive away), enjoying the annual Puccini festival in Torre del Lago, hiking up Monte Forato and Monte Matanna, taking in the sophisticated style of the Art Deco resort of Viareggio (30 minutes’ drive away) and fabulous day trips to Lucca (37 minutes’ drive) and Florence (1.5 hour’s drive).
